While starting the extract it may get abend with the error  like OGG-01841  CACHESIZE TOO SMALL: .

Make sure there is sufficient swap space and make sure CACHEMGR CACHESIZE is not set too low, if used.

Solution:

Add the parameter CACHEMGR CACHESIZE 1G in the extract parameter file and start the extract
